Crynodeb
All fellows will be expected to deliver peri-operative care in their sub-specialty area with consultant supervision Carry out pre-operative assessment including working in high risk clinics and presenting in MDT meetings. Work on projects to improve the service, such as service development projects and quality improvement Deliver teaching to the department in sub-specialty area - departmental meetings and trainee teaching Provide on call cover with distant supervision in either theatres, obstetrics or intensive care on a 1 in 8 basis Work collaboratively with colleagues and other members of the multi-disciplinary team Deliver high standards of patient focussed care Work to the Trust's objectives and values
