This opportunity is for TWells, DGS and Medway and Swale and is part time at 7.5 hrs/week.

Would you like to work with a team to improve health and wellbeing and empower others?

As a Recovery and Wellbeing College Facilitator you will work within a community team to understand their needs and deliver courses to help our students.

You will be supporting your team and empowering students to make connections, improve their wellbeing and get involved.

You may have worked in the public or third sector, education or be familiar with hosting large groups.

Using your personal or professional lived experience, you will give hope and support while promoting self-care and recovery to students in their recovery journey.

You will be required to travel to community and NHS venues in Kent & Medway. This role includes some hybrid, home based work using digital technology.

• To co-facilitate Recovery and Wellbeing College provision.
• To enhance student experience by compassionate communication.
• To enhance co-facilitator experience by providing high quality support.
• To empower Recovery and Wellbeing College Students to actively participate in their own recovery journey.
• To carry out administration tasks and liaise with your team.
• To positively promote Recovery and Wellbeing College within the community.
• To understand and promote the use of our Student Portal.
