Crynodeb
You will be responsible for managing and prioritising your own workload and that of junior team members against the needs of patients during your span of duty You will provide and lead direct patient care in a nurse led environment at an allocated workload for the span of duty You will assist and share the responsibility with the lead CNS or manager in the implementation of corporate and nursing objectives You will act as a co-ordinator in the absence of the person with continuing responsibility You will liaise with other wards and departments when patients are undergoing surgical and other procedures ensuring the smooth outcome of procedures You will plan care packages related to individual patient pathways to ensure continuity of care.
