Hours: 40 hours per week; Monday to Friday
North Somerset Environment Company Ltd. (NSEC) works in partnership with North Somerset Council and delivers the following services:
Collecting recycling and waste from over 100,000 homes and commercial businesses across North Somerset and the wider area
Managing Household Waste Recycling Centres at Backwell, Portishead and Weston along with two Waste Transfer Stations in Weston.
Maintaining 1,100km of North Somerset highways including surface repairs, winter maintenance, gully management, drainage and kerbing repairs, signage and linemarking, and 24/7 emergency response services.
HGV Driver and mobile plant training, vehicle servicing and maintenance, event cleaning and other environmental and highway maintenance specialisms to commercial businesses

We are currently seeking several talented LGV C (Class 2) Drivers to join our recycling team collecting from households in North Somerset.
The ideal candidate will have:
· Must have a full UK Driving Licence
· Must have a valid LGV Class C / HGV Class 2 Licence
· Clean driving licence preferred
· Ability to work in a full time physically demanding role
· Working bank holidays or Saturdays following bank holidays
