Crynodeb
You will act as a key worker for patients with colorectal cancer throughout their cancer journey. You will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and have confidence in communicating with staff at all levels within the organisation as well as patients and families. Sound clinical reasoning skills are essential, and you will be able to prioritise your workload in order to meet competing demands. As a lead within the service you will need to demonstrate management skills, such as using health roster, managing sickness, appraisals and performance.
