Key responsibilities include participant recruitment, informed consent, follow-up care (face-to-face, ward-based, clinic-based, or virtual), accurate data collection, and adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP), the Human Tissue Act (HTA), and trial-specific protocols. Essential clinical skills include phlebotomy, comprehensive patient assessment, and accurate documentation of medical history and symptoms. You will manage a caseload of research participants autonomously while working as part of a supportive, close-knit team. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required, along with the ability to work flexibly across a variety of clinical settings. This role is ideal for a motivated nurse looking to develop a career in clinical research and contribute to shaping the future of healthcare.
