The Role
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Head of Commercial Property to lead and grow the commercial offering across the region.
This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for driving performance, developing the team, and expanding the client base across agency and professional services.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and developing the commercial team across multiple offices
Driving fee income growth across agency, valuation, and professional work
Winning and retaining key client instructions
Setting strategy for the commercial department and identifying new opportunities
Maintaining and developing relationships with key clients, lenders, and professional contacts
Overseeing high-value transactions and complex instructions
Supporting recruitment, mentoring, and development of team members
Working closely with senior leadership to shape the future direction of the business
About You
MRICS qualified with significant experience in commercial property
Proven track record in agency, valuation, or a mix of both
Strong leadership and team management experience
Commercially astute with a focus on business development
Established network within the Midlands property market
Confident communicator with the ability to influence at senior level
Ambitious and driven to grow a department
Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
