Crynodeb
Post holders will have the opportunity to be in both theatres and critical care during some of their standard days. This will allow those with an anaesthetic background to continue practising their skills and for those of different backgrounds to be taught a wide variety of new skills in a supportive environment. Post holders will also have an opportunity for active involvement in Local Quality Improvement Project development and should read the JD for further details. The post holders will work a 1:8 on-call rota. All appointments are extendable for longer by mutual consent.
