Long Term Futures are working with a nurturing and inclusive primary school in Brent to appoint an Early Years Teacher (EYFS) for a September start. This is a permanent opportunity within a well-established Early Years setting, ideal for both experienced practitioners and strong ECTs with a passion for early childhood development. You will play a key role in delivering a creative, play-based curriculum that supports children's social, emotional, and academic development during these crucial early years.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering engaging, play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework
- Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
- Observing, assessing, and tracking pupil progress effectively
- Supporting children's communication, language, and social development
- Building strong relationships with parents, carers, and external professionals
- Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and the wider EYFS team
