That's where we can help.
Educators First work closely with primary schools across Cardiff who regularly welcome new teachers starting their careers.
What we can offer PGCE students
Opportunities include:
• Daily supply to build classroom experience
• Short-term teaching roles
• Long-term placements
• Opportunities to move into permanent school positions
Many of the teachers we work with use supply to find the school that feels right for them.

What you'll need
To apply you should:
Hold (or be completing) Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Be eligible to register with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
Have recent placement experience in a primary school
Be enthusiastic about starting your teaching career
