Lead on triage, assessments, and counselling pathway coordination
Manage a complex caseload, delivering 1:1 trauma‑stabilisation support
Support decision‑making around risk, readiness, and intervention planning
Act as a key link between internal teams, counselling services, and multi‑agency partners
Contribute to service development, safeguarding, and quality assurance
Maintain high‑quality records and data, supporting reporting and improvement
About You

Quickly builds rapport and engages effectively with people
Has experience working with domestic abuse, trauma, or complex needs
Is confident in decision‑making, risk assessment, and case management
Can lead, support, and inspire others in a fast‑paced service
Is committed to trauma‑informed, strengths‑based practice
Can work collaboratively with multi‑agency partners
Has excellent communication, organisation, and record‑keeping skills
Why Join Us?
