Measom Dryline is a specialist drylining contractor with a proud
history dating back to 1934 and a strong focus on the future.
Based in Leicester and working across the UK, we deliver high
quality internal construction solutions from bid stage through to
site delivery.
For graduates, Measom offers real responsibility, hands‑on

We are looking to recruit ambitious graduates to join our 'From
Bid to Build' Training Programme, a structured 12 month
rotational scheme designed to develop future Quantity
Surveyors or Estimators within a specialist drylining
subcontracting business. The programme consists of three
4‑month rotations across Operations, Estimating, and
Commercial, providing a full understanding of how projects are
bid, managed, and delivered by the wider delivery team.
Based from our Leicester office and supporting projects across
the Northern region, this role offers hands‑on exposure to the
full project lifecycle, from tender stage through to site delivery
and commercial close‑out. Regular travel to live sites across
the Northern region is a key requirement of the role.
At the end of the programme, successful candidates will
progress into either a Surveying or Estimating role, aligned to
their strengths and career aspirations.
We are looking for a candidate that is:
- Educated to degree level in Construction Management (or
a closely related construction or commercial discipline)
- Eager to learn – keen to develop a strong understanding of
construction, commercial management, and drylining
through hands‑on experience
- Commercially minded – numerate, analytical, and
interested in how projects are costed, managed, and
delivered
- Proactive and motivated – willing to take responsibility,
ask questions, and get involved both on site and in the
office
- Strong communicator – able to build effective working
relationships with site teams, commercial colleagues, and
clients
- Flexible and committed – happy to travel to sites across
the Northern region and adapt to different project
environments
- Must have Right to Work in the UK
