What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint a passionate and hardworking Breaktime Supervisor at West Park School. The candidate will be responsible for assisting with supervision of pupils during break or lunchtime periods, ensuring the safety and security of pupils. They will supervise all areas both inside and outside where pupils have access during lunchtime.
Requirements:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and handle situations confidently
• A caring, patient, and approachable manner
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential
