We're looking for a Team Leader to join our team working on our Ericsson contract that maintains the Telecommunications Infrastructure



Location: Croydon - travel to surrounding areas. Company van provided

Hours: 45 hours per week



We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.



What will you be responsible for?



As a Team Leader, you'll be working within our the Ericsson team, supporting them in maintaining and repairing telecommunication infrastructure.



Your day to day will include:

-Carrying out detailed tests, inspections, and condition surveys of mobile phone mast installations

-Inspecting towers, poles, and fall arrest systems, as well as testing anchor points, earthing, and lightning protection systems

-Producing reports and undertaking minor remedial tasks whilst ensuring all work is completed safely

-Liaising with various stakeholders including site providers, client staff, and helpdesk administration

-Maintaining records and assisting in the mentoring and development of site operatives



We will provide training for:

-RF (Radio Frequency) Awareness and Safety

-Advanced Climbing and Tower Rescue

-First Aid at Height

-Asbestos Awareness

-NRSWA Unit 2

-Rope Access

-MEWP (mobile elevating work platforms)
