To provide a high-quality phlebotomy service by collecting blood samples safely and efficiently, ensuring patient comfort, and supporting accurate diagnostic testing. Perform venepuncture safely and confidently following training Ensure all samples are correctly identified, labelled, and transported Maintain strict infection prevention and control standards Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues Work flexibly across multiple sites as required Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection standards Accurately input and manage patient information using IT systems Support team working and contribute to a positive working environment
