Crynodeb
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman / Grounds Maintenance Worker to maintain and improve the appearance and condition of our property. This role involves a variety of outdoor tasks to ensure the land and house are kept in excellent condition year-round.
Key Responsibilities:
Mowing, edging, and general care of lawns and grassed areas
Pruning, trimming, and maintaining trees, hedges, and bushes
Planting, watering, and general garden upkeep
Repairing and maintaining fences, gates, and outdoor structures
Clearing leaves, debris, and maintaining clean outdoor spaces
Performing minor repairs and general handyman duties as required
Monitoring the condition of the property and reporting any issues
Ensuring tools and equipment are used safely and maintained properly
Requirements
Proven experience in gardening, landscaping, or general handyman work
Practical skills in basic repairs and use of outdoor tools/equipment
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Physically fit and able to carry out manual outdoor work
Attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
Reliable, trustworthy, and proactive attitude
Drivers License
Desirable Skills:
Knowledge of plant care and seasonal maintenance
Experience with power tools (e.g., lawnmowers, hedge trimmers, chainsaws)
Basic understanding of irrigation systems or outdoor maintenance
Working Conditions
Primarily outdoor work in varying weather conditions
Flexible hours depending on seasonal needs
