Duties-
Assist the nursery manager in daily operational responsibilities, including planning activities and managing staff schedules
Supervise staff and ensure that all childcare practices meet regulatory standards and organisational policies
Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and teamwork
Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children and staff
Support staff training and development initiatives to uphold high standards of childcare and early childhood education
Assist with administrative tasks such as record keeping, attendance monitoring, and reporting as required
Drive organisational initiatives that promote inclusive practices and continuous improvement within the nursery
