SEND Tutor - Purpose-Led Education Opportunity
£30-£42 per hour | Flexible working | West Sussex

We are seeking dedicated SEND Tutors who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of young people.

This is a rewarding opportunity to support learners who benefit from patience, encouragement, and consistency, alongside strong subject knowledge. Through personalised tuition, you'll help students overcome barriers to learning, build confidence, and achieve success at a pace that works for them.

Many tutors find this work both professionally fulfilling and personally rewarding, as it allows you to focus on what matters most-the individual learner, their progress, and their wellbeing. With flexible working arrangements, this role can be tailored around your availability while offering genuine impact every day.

We are looking for individuals who bring both expertise and empathy to their work, including:

Qualified Teachers (QTS) or experienced education practitioners

Proven experience supporting children or young people with SEND across primary, secondary, or post-16 settings
