Our client, a well-established educational setting, is seeking a passionate and experienced ECT to deliver exceptional early years education. With a competitive daily rate ranging from £140 to £170, this part-time position offers the chance to be part of a supportive, collaborative environment where your creativity and dedication will be truly valued.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to design and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that nurture the intellectual, social, and emotional growth of our youngest learners. Your ability to foster a nurturing, inclusive classroom atmosphere will be essential, as you work closely with children, parents, and the wider school community.

- Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons and activities
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent, high-quality approach
- Maintain accurate records and assessment data
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians
- Participate in staff training and professional development opportunities
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Childhood Teacher Status (EYTS)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching in an early years setting
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Passion for early childhood education and making a difference in children's lives
