CLCH NHS Trust provides a wide range of community services across Hertfordshire. We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our friendly, multidisciplinary team in a 20-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with patients recovering from stroke and other neurological conditions.

As part of our dedicated therapy and nursing team, you will deliver specialist, evidence-based occupational therapy, contributing to patient recovery and rehabilitation. You will have the opportunity to engage in continuous professional development and foster a culture of innovation, learning and improvement.

• Collaborate with the wider multi-disciplinary team to develop integrated, evidence-based services.
• Offer guidance, advice and information to health and social care professionals, patients, carers and relatives.
• Supervise and support staff members and students.
• Contribute to a 7-day service on a rotational basis and provide support across Hertfordshire bedded units as required.

What We’re Looking For:
• Registered Occupational Therapist with relevant experience in neurological rehabilitation.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Commitment to professional development and evidence-based practice.
• Ability to manage complex caseloads with empathy and professionalism.
