We’re seeking an Administrative Assistant to join a well-established business in Hinckley. This role is key to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of a busy office environment.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
- Maintaining accurate records, logging enquiries, and scheduling appointments
- Providing general administrative support and assisting with wider office tasks
- Managing and updating engineers’ schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative or office-based role
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage your workload effectively
- Good computer literacy and confidence using office systems
- Clear, confident communication skills, both written and verbal.

You will be paid £14.00 an hour for this role.
Holiday will be accrued up to 28 days per year, pro rata.
