§ full-time TA in every class with an additional teacher to support set/group teaching;
§ well-established interventions delivered by highly skilled and trained TAs;
§ established systems to ensure a good work-life balance for all staff members, and clear shared expectations for teachers, and;
§ a modern, spacious building with exceptionally good resources for learning, and very good transport links, and a highly supportive governing body.
