Are you an experienced bricklayer ready to inspire the next generation of construction professionals?

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Bricklaying Lecturer to join our growing Construction department. This is an exciting opportunity to share your industry expertise and help learners develop the practical skills and confidence needed to succeed in the trade.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality teaching and training in bricklaying (Levels 1-3)
  • Plan and prepare engaging lessons, both practical and theory-based
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Support and motivate learners of varying abilities
  • Maintain a safe and organised workshop environment
  • Contribute to curriculum development and course improvement

Requirements
  • Relevant qualification in Bricklaying (NVQ Level 2 or above)
  • Industry experience in construction/brickwork
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Passion for education and learner development
