The Role
As an Event Steward, you’ll play a key role in keeping events safe, organised and running smoothly. You’ll be the face of the event, helping attendees while ensuring safety procedures are followed.
This is a customer-focused role, ideal for confident and approachable individuals.

Key Responsibilities
• Welcoming and assisting members of the public
• Checking tickets and directing attendees
• Monitoring crowd movement and reporting concerns
• Supporting safety procedures and event operations
• Providing clear information and guidance to visitors
• Working closely with security teams and supervisors

What We’re Looking For
• Friendly, approachable and professional attitude
• Good communication skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work in busy environments
• Flexible availability (including evenings and weekends)
• No SIA licence required (but beneficial)
