Skyline Property Surveyor needed in Manchester Paying £400 per day ref 000A F293 / 1
Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities- Undertake skyline and external inspections of buildings, including roofs, façades, balconies, cladding, and elevations
- Identify defects, maintenance issues, and health & safety risks
- Collect accurate survey data, notes, and photographic evidence using digital systems
- Produce clear reports with recommendations and prioritised remedial works
- Support planned maintenance, capital works, and compliance programmes
- Work independently across multiple sites, managing workload effectively
- Liaise professionally with residents, contractors, and internal teams
- Ensure all work complies with health & safety and lone‑working procedures
