About the Role

We’re looking for an early-rising, motivated Breakfast Chef de Partie to join our talented kitchen team in a renowned gastropub setting just outside Maidenhead. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a professional, high-standard kitchen known for delivering exceptional British cuisine with a focus on quality ingredients.

Key Responsibilities

-Take charge of the breakfast section, ensuring smooth and efficient service
-Prepare and deliver high-quality breakfast dishes with consistency and attention to detail
-Ensure all mise en place is ready for service
-Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards
-Work closely with the wider kitchen team to uphold overall kitchen performance
-Assist with stock control and minimising waste

What We’re Looking For

-Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
-A passion for cooking and working with fresh, seasonal ingredients
-Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently during early shifts
-A positive attitude and team-focused mindset
-Good understanding of food safety and kitchen best practices
-Knowledge of culinary techniques across various cuisines is advantageous
