We are looking for a dynamic, motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our fast paced Acute Medical Unit on a 6-month fixed term/ secondment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about leadership, education and developing others, while continuing to deliver exceptional care to our patients.
AMU is a 32 bedded ward, caring for patients with a wide range of complex medical needs. We are a busy, friendly and supportive team dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care. Consistently drive excellent clinical quality standards by providing visible clinical leadership to the team, and support them in the delivery of high quality, effective and evidence based care. Focus will be on patient experience, patient safety and providing assurance that standards are met for every patient, every time.
