Are you a driven and experienced automotive sales professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded independent prestige car dealership in the Loxwood area, now looking to expand their team with the addition of a Used Car Sales Executive.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established business with an excellent reputation, high-quality stock, and — importantly — realistic and rewarding earning potential.
The Opportunity

The Role
Engaging with customers both in person and digitally
Guiding buyers through the full sales journey
Building lasting customer relationships
Delivering an exceptional, personalised buying experience
Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
About You
Minimum 2 years’ motor trade sales experience required
Experience within an independent dealership environment is advantageous
Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points)
Well-presented, professional, and customer-focused
Motivated, target-driven, and eager to succeed
What’s On Offer
£20,000 basic salary
£65,000–£70,000 realistic on-target earnings
Company vehicle (after 3-month probation)
Company benefits package
On-site parking
20 days holiday + bank holidays
Working Hours
5-day working week
Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Sunday: 10:00am – 5:00pm
