Level 3 Early Years Educator
Full Time | Competitive Pay | Supportive Leadership | Real Progression
Are you a passionate Level 3 Early Years Educator who wants to work somewhere that genuinely values quality, standards and professional growth?
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just “do the job” — but wants to be part of a team that strives to be better every year.
If you care about children’s development, team culture, and being proud of where you work, keep reading.
About Us
We are a well-established, forward-thinking nursery with a strong management team and clear standards.
We believe:
Children deserve ambitious early education.
Staff deserve support, development and respect.
A great culture doesn’t happen by accident — it’s built deliberately.
This is a setting where expectations are high — but support is higher.
Your Role
As a Level 3 Early Years Educator, you will:
Act as a Key Person for a group of children
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences
Follow and implement the EYFS with confidence
Track progress and support next steps in development
Build strong, professional relationships with parents
Contribute positively to team culture and standards
Promote safeguarding and wellbeing at all times
You won’t just supervise — you’ll educate, nurture and lead.
What We’re Looking For
Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
Good knowledge of the EYFS
A proactive, positive attitude
Someone who wants to grow professionally
A team player who takes pride in their work
Strong communication skills
Experience is valued — but mindset matters just as much.
What You’ll Get
✔ Competitive salary (based on experience)
✔ Ongoing CPD and development opportunities
✔ Supportive and experienced leadership team
✔ Clear standards and structure
✔ Opportunities to progress within the setting
✔ A stable, long-standing team environment
✔ A setting that invests in quality — not just compliance
We don’t just fill ratios. We build teams.
Why Join Us?
Many settings say they are supportive.
We show it through:
Clear communication
Fair expectations
Professional development conversations
Structured mentoring
A culture of improvement
If you’re feeling stagnant where you are, and want to feel challenged in the right way — this could be the move.
Hours
Full-time
(Details discussed at interview, but year round NOT TERM TIME ONLY)
Safeguarding
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. All appointments are subject to enhanced DBS checks and satisfactory references.
