Crynodeb
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a guest-focused environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
The successful candidates will oversee a variety of administrative and operational tasks, ensuring guests receive a high standard of care and that internal processes run efficiently.
Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous; however, full training will be provided for the right candidate.
This is a part-time role of 12 hours worked over every second weekend. It may suit someone looking to earn additional income alongside their current role.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing day-to-day communications with guests, responding to enquiries promptly and professionally
- Providing excellent customer service and support throughout the guest journey
- Processing guest payments accurately
- Programming key cards and preparing guest arrivals
- Supporting general administrative and operational tasks to ensure efficient service delivery
- Assisting with on-site coordination and problem-solving as needed
