As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role within the multidisciplinary team, working under the guidance and supervision of registered nurses, midwives, or nurse associates.

You will undertake a range of delegated clinical care duties, including patient observations, assisting with personal care, supporting nutrition and hydration, and maintaining a safe and dignified environment for patients.
• To work as part of a team of staff providing clinical support to outpatient clinics under the supervision of registered nursing staff.
• Ensure all the assigned clinical areas are tidy and ordered at all times and maintain the hygiene and cleanliness of the environment.
• To facilitate the operation of the main outpatient clinics by managing the flow of patients through clinics.
• To ensure that all necessary information is available for clinics to operate effectively and to record clinical activity and outcomes using the appropriate hospital system.
• To supervise less experienced staff in the clinical areas, ensuring patient focused care is delivered.
