The Role
As an RGN, you’ll play a key role in ensuring residents receive the highest standard of nursing care throughout the night. Your responsibilities will include medication management, clinical assessments, care planning.
About You
We’d love to hear from you if you are:
A Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC pin
Confident in clinical decision‑making
Compassionate, motivated, and committed to delivering exceptional care
Experienced in elderly care (desired but not essential)
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high standards of person‑centred nursing care
Administer medication and maintain accurate care records
Collaborate with the care team to support residents’ individual needs
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safeguarding standards
About You
Registered Nurse qualification (RGN or RMN)
Valid NMC PIN
Passionate about delivering exceptional care
Strong communication and teamwork skills
