Hours: Full Time 40 hours
We are seeking a warm, dedicated and enthusiastic Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly team at our family-run Montessori nursery in Fulham.
This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is truly passionate about early years education and committed to creating a safe, nurturing and inspiring environment where children feel valued and confident to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care and education in line with EYFS and Montessori principles
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support each child’s development
Maintain a safe, secure and positive learning environment
Observe, support and guide children to reach their full potential
Build strong, professional relationships with parents, carers and colleagues
Work collaboratively within the team and lead by example
About You:
Qualified Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3 preferred)
Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting (desirable)
A genuine passion for working with young children
Good understanding of EYFS and child development
Confident communicator with strong English language skills
Caring, reliable, enthusiastic and a positive team player
