Job description Job responsibilities Provide excellent patient care in a primary care setting. Manage a caseload and deal with a wide range of health needs Participate in setting standards for care and auditing clinical outcomes. Record clear and contemporaneous consultation notes to agreed standards. Prescribe in accordance with the Practice prescribing formulary or generically whenever clinically appropriate.
