Essential:
- A caring, positive, and proactive approach
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding
- Understanding of child development
- Some experience in an Early Years setting
Desirable:
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (NVQ, Diploma, NNEB or equivalent)
- At least two years’ experience
(Unqualified applicants may be considered if willing to train and with relevant experience.)
Safeguarding
We are committed to keeping children safe. We follow robust safeguarding procedures, and all required background checks will be completed before employment begins.
