Territory Sales Manager
Territory Sales Manager – East Coast Ireland - East Coast, Ireland (Field-Based) - €60,000 – €65,000 + 15–20% Bonus + Benefits

The Company:
We are recruiting for a well established and rapidly growing supplier of laboratory, scientific and diagnostic solutions. With consistent 15% year-on-year growth, the business is expanding its commercial team, making this an excellent time to join and contribute to its continued success.

The Job:
We are seeking a driven and commercially focused Territory Sales Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of customers across the East Coast of Ireland. This is a field based role focused on developing new business opportunities while strengthening existing relationships. This position would suit candidates from agricultural machinery sales, animal health, or related technical sales backgrounds looking to transition into a growing and innovative sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a defined sales territory across the East Coast of Ireland
- Identify and win new business opportunities within target markets
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
- Deliver against sales targets and KPIs
- Provide product demonstrations and technical guidance to clients
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service
- Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems

The Candidate:
- Proven experience in field-based sales (B2B preferred)
- Background in agri machinery, animal health, or technical sales highly desirable
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently
- Commercially aware with a results-driven mindset
- Full, clean driving licence
- Willingness to travel extensively across the territory

The Package:
- Competitive base salary of €60,000 – €65,000
- 15–20% performance-related bonus

Candidate Requirements
All applicants must hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 2, Scottish NVQ Level 2, or an equivalent qualification relevant to the role applied for. Candidates must also have the legal right to work in the UK or hold a valid visa permitting employment.
