Crynodeb
The Nutrition/Dietetic and Diabetes Services have recently amalgamated, and have an opportunity for a Band 3 Administrator to join our Team based at the King Edward VII Hospital in Windsor working 30 hours per week.
The post holder will work as a member of Nutrition/Dietetic & Diabetes service, coordinating and providing administrative support to a designated operational team, including collating and inputting data. The post holder will be responsible for the registering, booking and monitoring of all patient appointments into the Nutrition/Dietetic & Diabetes Services. The post holder will maintain good communications across the services, being the first point of contact for the services.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, with a warm personality and great people skills. You will need to be adaptable to change and be able to influence new ways of working.
Ideally with previous bookings experience you will support appointment bookings team bookings appointments for both Dietetic & Diabetes Services and the provision of structured patient group education across Berkshire.
You will be the first point of contact with patients who require specialist appointments.
