We are looking for a full time Chef/cook or college leaver willing to learn on the job who has studied catering, pay will depend on experience.
create recipes and developing dishes ensuring variety and quality. Determining food inventory needs, stocking and ordering. Ultimately responsible for ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines. Being responsible for health and safety and general day to day running of the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the required company standards.
Manage the kitchen , ensuring it is fully prepped for service.
Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and allergen control standards.
Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and minimize food waste.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen brigade and front-of-house team.
What We’re Looking For:
Someone with commitment, hard working and can handle busy periods in the kitchen.
A Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate, we can put you through level 2 if your not up to date.
The ability to stay calm and organized under pressure during peak service.
A positive, "team-first" attitude and a passion for great food.
