Chelsea Baby Store, Brierley Hill, DY5 1TJ
Conveniently located near the Merry Hill area with easy access and onsite parking.
Key Responsibilities
• Providing a professional and welcoming experience for all customers
• Offering product advice and guidance to families
• Supporting both retail and online operations, including processing payments
• Unpacking deliveries and replenishing stock on the shop floor
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and inviting store environment
• Handling customer enquiries via telephone and email
Candidate Requirements
• A positive, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
• Previous retail and/or eCommerce experience (baby product knowledge is advantageous)
• Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday essential)
• Strong communication and IT skills
• A reliable team player
