Griffiths are looking for a Skilled/General Operative to join our team, working on construction and civil engineering projects in and around the Bristol area.
What you’ll be doing:
Carrying out general construction and groundworks tasks
Work may include drainage, kerbing, concreting and excavation
Working safely on site and following all health & safety procedures
Using hand tools, small plant and equipment (where trained)
Supporting the site team to deliver work to a high standard
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience in construction or civil engineering
Valid CSCS Card (essential)
Ability to work safely and as part of a team
Reliable, hardworking and committed attitude
Desirable (but not essential):
CPCS or NPORS tickets
Driving licence
Additional construction‑related training
