Griffiths are looking for an experienced Plant Operative to join our team, supporting construction and civil engineering projects in and around the Bristol area.
What you’ll be doing:
Operating plant and machinery safely and competently
Carrying out daily pre‑use checks and basic plant maintenance
Reporting defects or issues with equipment
Working closely with site teams to support project delivery
Following all health & safety procedures and site rules
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience as a Plant Operative
Valid MPQC or CPCS card (or NPORS with CSCS logo) – essential
Good understanding of site health & safety
Able to work well as part of a team
Reliable and safety‑focused approach
Desirable (but not essential):
Experience on civil engineering sites
Ability to work across different sites as required
