Support individuals with daily living tasks: personal care, meal prep, and household routines
Encourage community involvement and social activities
Assist with medication, finances, and daily schedules
Maintain a safe, clean environment, reducing risks and promoting independence
Manage challenging behaviour with empathy, patience, and professionalism
Build trusting, person-centred relationships that empower those you support
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 3 months’ experience in a support role
Experience supporting people with physical, sensory, or learning disabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and a variety of shifts
Enhanced DBS certificate (or willing to obtain)
