We’re looking for an exceptional Aquatics Programme Co-ordinator to join our team – we are looking for someone to lead, co-ordinate and develop the Trust’s swimming and aquatics programme across all sites, ensuring high-quality of swimming lesson delivery, increased participation and improved progression of learners.
The post holder will take ownership of the Learn to Swim programme, school swimming and wider aquatic activity, driving growth, improving customer experience and maximising pool utilisation.
You will work across all our facilities so a clean driving licence and use of a vehicle are essential.
