Crynodeb
We are an independent turbocharger supplier and remanufacturer established in 1989. We specialize in supplying new and remanufactured turbos for passenger cars and commercial vehicles. We are a family run business and a very close team. You will be working in a large open plan office with your dedicated workstation, hours will be 8.30 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday, we have free onsite parking.
We are a very busy business and therefore being part of the team is key. Ideally Sage (accounts system) Autocat and Partslink competent, however not necessary as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Answering calls and providing quotes.
Part Identification: Using AutoCat and PartsLink platforms to identify correct turbocharger part numbers.
Order Processing: Managing Telesales and platforms such as Webshop and eBay store.
Logistics: Arranging shipments to and from purchasers. (DPD platform)
