- Operational Excellence: Implement timelines, monitor progress, and encourage adherence to high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Follow and enforce all health and safety procedures and company policies.
- Equipment Management: Ensure proper use and reporting of warehouse equipment and PPE.
- Site security: Key holder responsibilities for the Bristol depot.
- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics leadership role.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
