Digital Services Manager needed in Rochford Paying £27.24 per hr ref 22401

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the live operation of digital services
Act as the primary escalation point for incidents, problems and service requests
Oversee incident, problem and service management activity to ensure timely resolution
Work with business areas to reduce failure demand
Use resident and officer feedback to improve digital user experiences
Ensure services comply with information governance, data protection and security requirements
Deliver digital and service improvement projects, using appropriate project management approaches
Manage suppliers, contracts and budgets
Build strong relationships across the organisation and with external partners
Drive a culture of continuous improvement across live digital services
