• Helping pupils stay engaged, confident, and motivated
• Supporting positive behaviour and emotional regulation
• Assisting teachers with lessons and classroom organisation
• Helping create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment
We're looking for people who:
• Have experience working with children or young people with SEN (school or care settings)
• Are patient, adaptable, and approachable
• Can build positive relationships quickly
• Are confident working in different school environments
• Have a genuine passion for supporting young people
