Crynodeb
As Registered Service Coordinator, you`ll be working closely with, and supporting the Registered Manager with the day-to-day management and performance of the scheme.
Key areas of responsibility will include;
Being the primary point of contact at the scheme for all customers and carers
Management of staffing related issues including absence, sickness, performance, supervisions/appraisals
Rostering of carers to ensure adequate cover, and continuity of care.
Supporting in maintaining the Keystone quality management systems
With a strong background in delivering quality care services and having experience in a Team Leading / Senior care role, you`ll have a good working knowledge and clear understanding of CQC standards and legislation.
Candidates must be willing to undergo the registration process with CQC
You`ll be a confident communicator, able to work well under pressure and have excellent people management skills.
