​Equans is looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Milton Keynes on a 12 month fixed term contract. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance, bonus and benefits package. Working on a prestigious government account the post holder will be responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of multiple construction and M&E projects across secure and operational client sites throughout London. The project manager will be responsible for managing projects ranging from £20,000 to £3,000,000, ensuring safe, compliant, commercially robust, and high‑quality delivery across live operational environments for the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) and His Majesty’s Courts and Tribunals Service (HMCTS). The role requires full lifecycle ownership, from client brief development and feasibility, through design and delivery, to handover and defects management. We are looking for an experienced project manager with experience within the FM industry. A confident communicator able to balance the needs to all stakeholders, client and suppliers. Candidate required to obtain BPSS clearance prior to commencing What will you deliver?Develop and understand the full scope of works in line with the desired project outcomes and business case. This is to be within agreed budget requirements, risk profile, and satisfy business objectives in terms of profitabilityWork with commercial colleagues in collaboration in ensuring detailed and compliant tender process, outcomes and presentations are in place for their onward governanceIdentify, reduce, and manage all statutory and commercial risks associated with the project they are leadingProduction and management of the project programme, ensuring any compliance to agreed timescales and identification and management of slippage and risksMutually agree payment schedules and applications for payment to the benefit of the project and the businessConsult with key clients and their stakeholders on project requirements and explain feasibility of their schemes to become a trusted advisorWork with the client to clearly define their brief and develop and agree their Employers Requirements (ER)Work with consultants, specialists, designers, and sub-contractors (as required) to define and document clear and concise scope(s) of work(s) under an Activity ScheduleWork within the current CDM regulations, taking on the role of client representative, ensuring appropriate appointments are made and management of PC & PD to ensure they are discharging appropriate dutiesEnsure full compliance with EQUANS policies and proceduresManage the day-to-day operational aspects of the project(s) “end to end.” Taking the lead and being accountable to drive the project through to successful completion, including affective management through resources and support functions availableShow flexibility and innovation in project solutions throughout the project lifecycle, deconflicting and de-risking delivery where required to offer best possible quality to the client and stakeholdersEnsure customer acceptance is adhered to, in writing and in line with the project plansEnsures project documents are complete, current, and appropriately storedWhat can we offer you?
