Crynodeb
The Advanced Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for assessing and managing patients presenting with acute and minor illness, as well as providing advice and ongoing management for patients with continuing medical needs. Patients will be seen within prebooked appointments, typically scheduled at twelve minute intervals, with the flexibility to accommodate additional urgent or emergency appointments as required. The post holder will be expected to appropriately prioritise and triage patient need, undertake clinical assessments, diagnose, treat, and make referrals for investigations and secondary care services in line with practice protocols and clinical guidelines.
